LIP BLUSH

Lip Blush is quickly becoming one of the most popular ways to enhance your lips. Lip Blush is a great alternative to fillers or surgery or it can be done in conjunction with these procedures. Lip Enhancement is a subtle approach to a fuller lip using naturally toned pigments to blend and shade within the natural lip line.

Whether it is the lip design, shape or flush of color you are interested din, we can help you with the choice of either rich or subtle shading. Lip blush is a natural and watercolor effect, not a lipstick effect. This application typically lasts 2-3 years. View Gallery

PROCEDURE LENGHT

These treatments are a two-step process, initial session takes about 2 - 2  1/2 hours and second session is done 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment for about 2 hours. Treatment help streamline your morning routine and keep you looking your best 24/7. After treatment is concluded results can last up to 2 - 4 years.

HYPERPIGMENTED/MELANING-RICH LIPS

Please keep in mind that camouflage of hyperpigmented and melanin-rich lips will take more than one touch-up session after your initial session. In addition, these clients do not have a say on what color they want. I must neutralize the blue/purple undertones and use my professional judgment of color mixing to do so. Do not expect dramatic results after each touch-up session as this is a slow-building process. In addition, there is a risk of deeper hyperpigmentation occurring if aftercare is not followed correctly.

PROCEDURE LENGHT

These treatments are a two-step process, initial session takes about 3 - 3 1/2 hours and second session is done 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment for about 2 1/2 hours. Treatment help neutralize lips and streamline your morning routine and keep you looking your best 24/7. After treatment is concluded results can last up to 2 years. Yearly touch-up is recommended.

DAY OF PROCEDURE

On the day of the procedure an anesthetic is applied to the lips before the artist begins the consult and design process. Generally, a deeper colour is chosen for the outline and then a creamier, softer version with almost no colour in the very centre. This gives the illusion of a ‘pout’ although it is important to note that you can never make the colour tone of your lips lighter.

As the micropigmentation is healing the pigment will deepen in colour so it is best to plan your procedure around any important events such as weddings, birthday parties or important business meetings. If you are unsure please check with your consultant before booking.

BEFORE YOUR LIP APPOINTMENT

Your lips cannot be dry for the appointment. We advise exfoliating your lips 3 days before your appointment to remove any dry skin. You can use a lip scrub or create your own by using salt or sugar mixed in coconut oil. For the week leading up to the appointment, you must moisturize your lips as much as possible.

HOW PERMANENT MAKEUP WORKS

This is a two-step appointment process treatment and It’s essential that you understand and follow both pre-care and after-care instructions to achieve the best results. The procedure area must be healthy, strong, non-sensitive and non-irritated. Procedure should involve very minimal pin-point bleeding if any. Therefore these instructions are designed to limit skin sensitivity/bleeding during procedure and to obtain optimal pigment retention. Excessive bleeding will dilute both numbing and pigment drastically affecting your ability to numb and to achieve overall results. LEARN MORE ABOUT PRE CARE & AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Color Boost is recommended every 12-18 months to keep the permanent makeup looking fresh and defined, rather than a “wash” of blurred colour. The blurring will occur due to exposure to the elements and products use.
